The Winery
In the cellar, Giovanni Angileri, an expert winemaker, registered in the graduate agrotechnicians register since 2004, supervises with experience and attention all the delicate steps from harvesting to bottling.
Giovanni‘s precious work is supported by Vito Zerilli and Antonino Scavone, skilled cellarmen who takes care of the manual aspect and logistics in the winery.
