Organic Production

Biagio and Nicola Di Girolamo lead their team with a passionate dedication to their work and a deep respect for nature, supporting certified organic viticulture for at least 20 years.

The vineyard is treated exclusively with copper and sulphur, organic fertilization and the absence of herbicides, supporting absolute respect for the environment and guaranteeing maximum product quality.

The Winery

In the cellar, as much attention is needed. Giovanni Angileri, an expert winemaker, registered in the graduate agrotechnicians register since 2004, supervises with experience and attention all the delicate steps from harvesting to bottling.

Giovannis precious work is supported by Vito Zerilli, a skilled cellarman and winemaker assistant who takes care of the manual aspect and logistics in the winery.
